Effect of Sea Cucumber Cooking Liquid on Chronic Constipation Mice
目的:探究海参蒸煮液(SCCL)对小鼠慢性便秘的改善作用.方法:以盐酸洛哌丁胺构建小鼠慢性便秘模型,检测SCCL干预对慢性便秘小鼠排便、小肠推进率以及肠动力相关神经递质和受体基因表达的影响.结果:相较于模型对照组,SCCL高剂量组(500 mg/kg BW)小肠墨汁推进率显著增加(P＜0.05),首次排便时间极显著缩短(P＜0.01),SCCL低、高剂量组(250,500 mg/kg BW)6h内排黑便粒数和质量均显著增加(P＜0.05);小鼠结…查看全部>>
