区域经济发展视角下省域职业院校技能竞赛问题与对策
Problems and Response of Provincial Vocational Skills Competition from the Perspective of Regional Economic Development

Abstract
As a system innovation of vocational education in China,vocational skills competition has played an important role in deepening the industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation,implementing the reform of talent training mode of combining study with work,as well as knowledge with practice,and enhancing the quality of talent training in vocational institutions.After more than 10 years of exploration,the vocational skills competition in Hunan Province has effectively promoted the connection between the specialty setting of vocational colleges in the region and the positions of regional industries and enterprises,the connection between course content and professional standards,as well as the connection between teaching and production processes.The article analyzes the development trajectory of Hunan Vocational Skills Competition since 2008,analyzes its relationship with regional economic and social development,and industrial structure adjustment,points out that there are still problems such as insufficient coverage of competitions,loose combination of competition process and enterprise production,and poor integration of competition content and professional education and teaching and puts forward coping strategies such as building physical platform for integration of industry and education,integrating"industry,competition and education",and combination of"post,course and competition".关键词
