漏斗胸治疗中行NUSS微创手术术后恢复效果及复发控制作用分析OA

Objective:To explore the application effect of NUSS minimally invasive surgery in children with funnel chest.Meth-ods:Choose 52 children who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021,and divided them into group A and group B according to the random number table method.Each group was 26 cases.Group A was improved.Group B uses minimally invasive NUSS surgical treatment.Observe the two sets of curative effects,levels of heart function,recovery of peri-operative period,and postoperative recurrence.Results:Group B's total effective rate(100.00%)and group A(96.15%)are not obvious(P>0.05);the various heart function indicators of the two groups of children's 1 week after surgery are higher than before this group,and b Group left ventricular ejaculation score(LVEF)and each pace output volume(SV)level is higher than that of group A,with obvious differences(P<0.05);the bleeding amount during group B surgery is less than group A,the length of the surgical incision is less than group A,and the length of the surgical incision is less than the A,and the length of The activity time and hospitalization time after the operation were shorter than that of group A,and the difference was sig-nificant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications of the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05);The group is low and the difference is obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:NUSS minimally invasive surgery and improvement of Ravitch surgery are effec-tive and safety surgery of children with funnel chests in clinical treatment.However,the former is more helpful to promote postoperative recovery,and it is more advantageous for controlling children's postoperative recurrence.
