通过数字赋能推动发展形态变革是职业教育在数字时代和教育强国建设背景下必须面对的重要课题.职业教育发展形态具有时代性、技术性、社会性、系统性、多样性等核心特征,正在向数字化、智慧型教育形态转型.数字赋能职业教育发展形态变革的生发机制表现在信息技术注能、价值引领蕴能、全景空间聚能、创新发展释能四个维度上,并具有以立德树人为根本任务、以智慧教育为目标指引、以整体变革为关键驱动、以精准服务为施力重点等四重价值取向.为借由数字赋能有效实现职业教育发展形态变革,在实践中应围绕空间重构、模式创新、评价改革、机制优化等四个关键方面设计施策重点,以便在拓展场景性中促进提质增效、在强化融合性中深化多边跨界、在增强科学性中推进变革重塑、在提高有效性中实现迭代升级.

Promoting the transformation of development forms through digital empowerment is an important issue that vocational education must face in the context of the digital era and the construction of a great education nation.From the perspective of endogenous mechanisms,digital empowerment can promote the transformation of the development form of vocational education through four dimensions:information technology empowerment,value led accumulation,panoramic spatial aggregation,and innovative development release.From the perspective of goal orientation,digital empowerment can deepen the transformation of the development form of vocational education through four requirements:taking moral education as the fundamental task,guided by smart education as the goal,driven by overall transformation as the key driving force,and focusing on precise services.To effectively achieve the transformation of the development form of vocational education through digital empowerment,implementation strategies should be designed around four key aspects:spatial reconstruction,model innovation,evaluation reform and mechanism optimization.In order to promote quality and efficiency improvement in expanding scenarios,deepen multilateral cross-border cooperation in strengthening integration,promote transformation and reshaping in enhancing scientificity,and achieve iterative upgrading in improving effectiveness.
