目的:通过分析药食同源青钱柳在中医药领域的相关研究文献,了解该药的研究脉络、总结研究热点并预测今后的发展趋势.方法:检索2023 年3 月1 日之前收录在中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)数据库中青钱柳相关文献,使用VOSviewer1.6.19绘制核心作者、机构合作网络,运用CiteSpace6.1.R3 进行关键词共现、聚类、突现及时间线分布的可视化分析.结果:最终纳入文献267 篇,从发文趋势看,发文量呈逐年增加,发文最多的作者是舒任庚,中文载文量最多的期刊是《中草药》,高频关键词有"化学成分""多糖""糖尿病"等.结论:青钱柳治疗糖尿病、高脂血症疗效明确,对糖脂代谢的调控作用是本领域研究热点,探究青钱柳药效物质及其作用机制是本领域的研究趋势.

Objective:By analyzing the relevant research literature on Cyclocarya paliurus and its food and drug homology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,we aim to understand the research context of this medicinal,summarize research hotspots,and predict future development trends.Methods:This study used VOSviewer 1.6.19 to draw the core author and institutional cooperation network,and CiteSpace 6.1.R3 to perform visual analysis of keyword co-occurrence,clustering,emergence,and timeline distribution by searching for relevant literature on Cyclocarya paliurus collected from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,and SinoMed databases before March 1,2023.Results:A total of 267 Chinese literature were included in this study,and the number of publications on Cyclocarya paliurus has been increasing year by year.The author who published the most paper is Shu Rengeng,and the journal with the highest number of articles in Chinese is Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs.High frequency keywords included"chemical component","polysaccharide","diabetes mellitus",etc.Conclusion:Cyclocarya paliurus is effective in treating diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia,which are research hotspots in this field.It is a research trend in this field to explore the pharmacodynamic substances and their mechanism of action of Cyclocarya paliurus.
