数字生态下的职业教育高质量发展探究:整合性课程设计与教学模式创新OA北大核心
Exploring the High-quality Development of Vocational Education under Digital Ecology:Integrated Curriculum Design and Teaching Mode Innovation
随着数字技术的迅猛发展和应用,数字生态对职业教育的高质量发展产生了深远影响.从理论层面分析,数字生态具有互联性、开放性、自组织性和智能性,其核心构成包括知识体系更新、人才培养模式创新、教育质量提升及合作共赢,为职业教育改革和创新提供了有力支撑.以职业教育高质量发展为背景,深入探讨学生中心、知识融合、情景学习、协同合作和反思与评价的整合性课程设计的理念体系和基本原则,并提出在数字生态语境中利用数字技术支持个性化学习、创设丰富的学习情境、搭建协作学习平台、优化评价与反馈机制、强化教师专业发展五项执行策略.在分析数字技术在推动教学模式转型方面的紧迫性基础上,探讨创新型教学模式在职业教育高质量发展中的关键地位,以及教学模式创新与整合性课程设计的协同效应,以期为数字生态下职业教育高质量发展提供理论指导和实践参考.
With the rapid development and application of digital technology,digital ecology has a profound impact on the high-quality development of vocational education.Analyzed from the theoretical level,the digital ecology is interconnected,open,self-organized and intelligent,and its core components include updating of knowledge system,innovation of talent cultivation mode,improvement of education quality and win-win cooperation,which provide strong support for the reform and innovation of vocational education.Against the background of high-quality development of vocational education,the conceptual system and basic principles of student-centeredness,knowledge integration,situational learning,collaboration and reflection and evaluation of integrated curriculum design are discussed in depth,and five implementation strategies are proposed to support personalized learning with digital technology in the context of the digital ecosystem,to create rich learning contexts,to build a platform for collaborative learning,to optimize the evaluation and feedback mechanism,and to strengthen the professional development of teachers.The principle of digital eco-context is to use digital technology to support personalized learning,create a rich learning platform,build a collaborative learning platform,optimize evaluation and feedback mechanisms and strengthen teachers'professional development.Based on analyzing the urgency of digital technology in promoting the transformation of teaching mode,the key position of innovative teaching mode in the high-quality development of vocational education and the synergistic effect of teaching mode innovation and integrated curriculum design are discussed,to provide theoretical guidance and practical references for the high-quality development of vocational education under the digital ecology.
