煤矿井下泵房闸阀双回路供电的改造及应用OA

为解决陈四楼煤矿井下泵房闸阀单回路供电的问题,提出了闸阀控制系统双回路供电的改造方案.以该矿北翼-600泵房为研究对象,通过将装在水泵出水口处的闸阀人为划分成行人侧和小井侧,形成独立的供电线路;现场应用KDQ1140-B型双电源切换控制箱,利用其自动切换功能,使阀门电动装置及自动化排水监控系统具备双回路供电.实践证明,该改造方案在井下各泵房应用效果良好,保障了主排水系统安全稳定运行,提高了矿井生产效率,具有借鉴和推广意义.

In order to solve the problem of single loop power supply of gate valve in underground pump room of Chensilou Coal Mine,the transformation scheme of double loop power supply of gate valve control system is put forward.Taking the north wing-600 pump room of the mine as the research object,the gate valve installed at the outlet of the pump is artificially divided into the pedestrian side and the small well side to form an independent power supply line.KDQ1140-B double power switching control box is applied in the field,and its automatic switching function is used to make the valve electric device and automatic drainage monitoring system have double circuit power supply.Practice has proved that the transformation scheme has a good application effect in each underground pump room,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the main drainage system and improves the production efficiency of the mine.It has reference and promotion significance.
