万峰煤矿高瓦斯工作面瓦斯综合治理技术研究OA

Research on comprehensive gas control technology in high gas working face of Wanfeng Coal Mine

为保障万峰煤矿1117高瓦斯工作面的安全顺利生产,依据工作面瓦斯基础参数及生产条件对瓦斯涌出量进行预测,预测其开采期间瓦斯涌出量约为11.94m3/min,并根据相关规定进行瓦斯抽采,分别设计针对本煤层瓦斯、采空区瓦斯、邻近瓦斯的抽采措施,预计瓦斯抽采率可达到64.2%,满足了《煤矿瓦斯抽放基本指标》中高于50%的要求,确保了工作面安全推进.

In order to ensure the safe and smooth production of 1117 high gas working face in Wanfeng Coal Mine,the gas emission is predicted according to the basic parameters and production conditions of the gas in the working face.It is predicted that the gas emission during the mining period is about 11.94 m3/min.According to the relevant regulations,gas extraction must be carried out,and the extraction measures for the gas in the coal seam,the gas in the goaf and the adjacent gas are designed respectively.It is expected that the gas extraction rate can reach 64.2%,which meets the requirement of more than 50%in the'basic index of coal mine gas extraction'and ensures the safe advancement of the working face.
