Abstract
The historical and cultural features area is an important cultural and urban memory carrier for Dalian.The protection planning,as a statutory document for the protection and renewal of historical and cultural areas,has been launched in Dalian.This article focuses on the background of national urban renewal,starting from the confusion encountered in the protection planning of historical and cultural features area,analyzes the shortcomings of traditional protection and renovation planning,and rethinks.Based on the author's personal participation in Protection Planning of the DICP Historical and Cultural Features Area,this paper explores the construction of a protection system,the supplementation of relevant content,the combination of policies related to urban renewal,and the improvement of implementation mechanisms and systems from two dimensions:focusing on the overall pattern protection of the scenic area and the display and utilization of the scenic area,strive to explore a more optimized and comprehensive implementation strategy for the protection planning of historical and cultural landscape areas.关键词
