目的:对超声洁治进行模拟并评估气溶胶的沉降情况.方法:采用粘质沙雷氏菌(Serratia marcescens,S.marcescens)和BGI气溶胶发生器模拟从患者口腔发生的气溶胶,使用空气自然沉降法在诊室内易接触表面进行采样,同时利用Andersen-6级筛孔撞击式微生物采样器对诊室中空气进行采样,采样时间点为气溶胶停止释放、停止释放后15 min、30 min.结果:持续释放30 min的气溶胶后至少需要30 min排空,所有采样位点均检测到了菌落的沉降,气溶胶颗粒沉降最多为牙椅设备托盘上的采样位点,患者头上方的桌子,放置有电脑的桌子,牙椅设备托盘与医疗垃圾桶盖的菌落沉降数均高于诊室平均水平.结论:生物气溶胶的沉降在诊疗环境内普遍存在,长时间的诊疗结束后需对牙椅设备托盘等表面重点消毒.

Objective:To simulate and assess the deposition of aerosols following prolonged ultrasonic scaling proce-dures.Methods:To mimic the aerosols released from a patient's oral cavity during treatment,Serratia marcescens(S.marcescens)and a BGI aerosol generator were utilized.Nutrient agar plates were employed to sample the surfaces that were prone to human contact within the clinic.In parallel,an Andersen-6 impingement air microorganism sampler was used to capture aerosol particles suspended in the air,ensuring a comprehensive assessment of their deposition in the clinic.Results:Colony deposition was detected at all sampling sites.The highest deposition of aerosol particles were found on the tray of dent-al chair equipment,the table above the patient's head,and the table where the computer was placed.It was also observed that the colony deposition numbers on the tray of the dental chair equipment and the lid of the medical garbage exceeded the aver-age level observed throughout the clinic.Conclusion:The deposition of biological aerosols is a common occurrence in diag-nostic and therapeutic environments.Therefore,it is recommended that surfaces such as the tray of dental chair equipment un-dergo disinfection after prolonged periods of use.
