Study on Mechanical Behavior of Precast Segmental Utility Tunnel in Uniform Formation

依托重庆巴南综合管廊试点工程,采用PLAXIS有限元软件建立节段式管廊与土相互作用模型,进行结构横向断面受力变形及管廊与土相互作用规律研究.结果表明:节段式综合管廊底板管节接触面处易出现应力集中,且随着回填土高度增加,应力集中程度增大;管廊侧壁与腋角相交位置、上下板中轴处受力变形较大,是设计重点加固区域;管廊侧壁所受侧向应力呈三段式分布;管廊自身刚度是管廊周边土体沉降分布影响因素之一.

Based on the pilot project of Banan Utility Tunnel in Chongqing,PLAXIS finite element software was used to establish the model of interaction between segmental utility tunnel and soil,and then to study the stress and deformation of the tunnel cross section and the law of interaction between tunnel and soil.The results of the research show that,at the pipe joint contact surface on the floor of segmental utility tunnel,there is prone to stress concentration,as the height of backfill soil increases,the degree of stress concentration increases.At the tunnel side wall,the intersection with the axillary angle and the central axis of the upper and lower plates,there are subject to large stress and deformation,and shall be the key area to be reinforced in the design.The lateral stress on the tunnel side wall is distributed in three sections.The own stiffness of the tunnel is one of the factors affecting the settlement distribution of the surrounding soil.
