一种适用多类型半导体基块的对中焊接工装OA
为提升半导体基块与堵帽在焊接过程中的质量精度,提高生产效率,减轻操作者的劳动强度,设计一款工装在生产过程中解决半导体基块流道孔因加工精度影响而出现焊缝质量不稳定问题并解决一种焊接工装可满足多种类半导体基块的焊接需求,提升生产效率.半导体基块焊接质量主要由半导体气路流道和堵帽配合同轴度与焊缝质量来评价,在此工装设计采用同轴对中校正结构实现一种可对中定心调整的焊接工装,并通过更换不同种类的垫块以用于多种类半导体基块与堵帽的对中焊接.通过工装的设计可以减少人工校对辅助时间,保证焊缝质量和批量生产需求.此焊接工装在实际使用中比人工焊接效率提升1倍并且焊缝美观,焊接质量可靠.
In order to improve the quality accuracy of semiconductor substrates and caps during the welding process,improve their production efficiency,and reduce the labor intensity of operators,we designed a kind of tooling to solve the problem of unstable weld quality caused by the impact of machining accuracy on the flow channel holes of semiconductor substrates during the production process,and solve a welding fixture so as to meet the welding needs of multiple types of semiconductor substrates,improving production efficiency.The welding quality of semiconductor base blocks is mainly evaluated by the axial degree and weld quality of semiconductor gas path flow channels and plug caps.In this fixture design,a coaxial centering correction structure is used to achieve a welding fixture that can be adjusted for centering.Different types of pads are replaced for centering welding of multiple types of semiconductor base blocks and plug caps.Through the design of tooling to reduce the manual proofreading auxiliary time,to ensure weld quality and batch production requirements.In practical use,the welding tool is twice as efficient as manual welding,the weld is beautiful,and the welding quality is reliable.
