眉山市臭氧污染现状及成因分析OACSTPCD

为了解眉山市近年来臭氧污染特征和成因,基于2016-2021年臭氧自动监测数据,结合眉山市第二次全国污染源普查统计结果、挥发性有机物(VOCs)自动监测数据、本地VOCs源解析数据等,分析了当地臭氧污染现状及前体物来源、臭氧生成潜势和敏感性.结果表明:(1)眉山市臭氧浓度、超标天数、污染负荷总体呈上升趋势,首次和末次臭氧污染出现时间分别有提前和延后迹象;(2)臭氧前体物中NOx主要来源于移动源和工业源,VOCs则主要来源于生活源、移动源和工业源;(3)VOCs组分平均浓度高低为烷烃>烯烃>芳香烃,其臭氧生成潜势(OFP)高低顺序为烯烃>芳香烃>烷烃;(4)从单组分上看,乙烯和间/对二甲苯两种物质同时兼具较高的臭氧生成潜势与管控减排潜力,是臭氧污染防治中重点管控物种;(5)从臭氧敏感性分析结果来看,眉山市属于典型的VOCs控制区,臭氧控制策略应是加大VOCs减排力度,或同时减排VOCs和NOx,减排比例约4.5∶1,且减排比例越高越利于O3快速下降.通过对臭氧污染现状及成因初探,为科学做好本地臭氧污染防治工作提供了相应参考,指明了臭氧治理的下一步重点方向.

In order to understand the characteristics and causes of ozone pollution in Meishan in recent years,based on the automatic ozone monitoring data of 2016 to 2021 and in combination with results of the second national survey of pollution sources in Meishan,automatic monitoring data of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),data analysis on VOCs pollution source etc.,the current situation of local ozone pollution,source of precursors,ozone formation potential(OFP)and sensitivity of ozone were analyzed.The results indicated:(1)the ozone concentration,the out-of-standard days,and pollution load showed a rising trend in general,the first occurrence of ozone pollution in each year was advanced,but the last occurrence was delayed;(2)NOx in ozone precursors were mainly from mobile sources and industrial sources,while VOCs were mainly from domestic pollutions,mobile sources,and industrial sources;(3)the average component concentration of VOCs was alkanes>olefin>aromatics,and OFP was olefin>aromatics>alkanes;(4)from a single component point of view,the ethylene and m/P-xylene had both high OFP and great control and emission reduction potentials,which were the key species in ozone pollution control;and(5)according to the ozone sensitivity analysis results,Meishan was a typical VOCs control area,and the ozone control strategy should be to increase the emission reduction of VOCs,or reduce VOCs and NOx both,with the emission reduction ratio of about 4.5∶1,and the higher the emission reduction ratio,the more conducive to the rapid decline of O3.Through the preliminary study on the status quo and causes of ozone pollution,the paper provides a reference for the scientific prevention and control of local ozone pollution,and indicates the key direction of ozone control in the future.
