Characteristics of Nonlinear Mechanical Response of Sealing Steel Lining in Underground High Pressure Air Storage Caverns

依托某压气储能电站实际工程,基于 ABAQUS平台,研究密封钢衬应力的非线性影响因素,分别探究了围岩与混凝土材料非线性、密封钢衬-混凝土接触非线性的影响机理.结果表明,浅埋地下储气洞室围岩初始地应力水平不高,巨大气压导致围岩局部塑性屈服,混凝土严重开裂,密封钢衬高应力区-混凝土严重开裂区-围岩塑性区三者存在对应关系;考虑密封钢衬-混凝土之间的接触关系,使得密封钢衬应力分布更加均匀;检修期在重力影响下密封钢衬顶部与混凝土脱开,检修后再加压密封钢衬应力分布出现调整现象,顶部应力峰值和应力不均匀度有所增大;密封钢衬应力峰值随摩擦系数与缝隙值的增大而增大,当摩擦系数大于 0.5 时其影响不明显,随缝隙的变化梯度大致为 30~40 MPa/mm;地下储气洞室密封钢衬受力分析时需同时考虑材料非线性与接触非线性,以保证密封钢衬具有足够的安全储备.

Based on a actual pressurized air storage power station project,the nonlinear influencing factors on the stresses of sealing steel lining(SSL)of the underground air storage caverns are studied based on ABAQUS platform,and the influencing mechanism of the external material's nonlinearity and the contact nonlinearity of SSL-concrete lining(CL)are investigated,respectively.The results show that,(a)the stress level of surrounding rock of shallow underground air storage caverns is not high,and huge air pressure leads to local plastic yielding of the surrounding rock,as a result,the high stress zone of SSL,serious cracking zone of CL and plasticity zone of surrounding rock have a corresponding relationship;(b)considering the contact relationship of SSL-CL makes the steel lining's stress distribution more uniform;(c)after the air pressure is relieved,the SSL is disengaged from the CL at the top under gravity,and after the overhaul and air re-pressurized,the SSL's stress distribution shows an adjustment phenomenon,and the stress peak at top and stress inhomogeneity are increased;(d)the stress of SSL increases with the increase of friction coefficient and gap value,and the effect is not obvious when the friction coefficient is greater than 0.5,but the stress gradient from the gap between SSL and CL is roughly 30-40 MPa/mm;and(e)both the material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity should be considered in the stress analysis of SSL in underground air storage caverns to ensure that the SSL has enough safety reserve.
