试验旨在研究不同比例的大麦虫粉对育肥猪生长性能、肉品质及经济效益的影响,确定大麦虫粉在育肥猪生产中的最适添加比例.试验选择120头健康的"杜×长×大"育肥猪随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪.对照组育肥猪饲喂基础饲料,试验组育肥猪分别饲喂含有2.5%、5.0%和10.0%的大麦虫粉的试验饲粮.预试期1周,正式试验期8周.结果显示,5.0%大麦虫粉组育肥猪的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胴体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),屠宰后肌肉pH24h值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),滴水损失显著低于对照组(P<0.05).5.0%和10.0%大麦虫粉组背最长肌中谷氨酸、酪氨酸、天冬氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、亮氨酸、总氨基酸、总必需氨基酸及鲜味氨基酸的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05).2.5%大麦虫粉组亮氨酸、精氨酸的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05).5%大麦虫粉组的养殖利润最高,比对照组提高了 11.74%.研究表明,适量的大麦虫粉可以提高育肥猪的生长性能,改善肉品质,增加养殖利润,且以5.0%的添加量较为适宜.

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different proportions of barley worm meal on the growth performance,meat quality,and economic benefits of finishing pigs,and to determine the optimal proportion of barley worm meal in finishing pigs production.In the experiment,120 healthy'Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire'finishing pigs were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate.The control finishing pigs were fed a basal feed,and the experimental finishing pigs were fed the experimental diet containing 2.5%,5.0%,and 10.0%barley worm meal,respectively.The pre-trial period was one week,and the formal trial period was eight weeks.The results showed that the average daily gain of finishing pigs in the 5.0%barley insect meal group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the carcass weight was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the pH24h value of muscle after slaughter was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the drip loss was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The contentrations of glutamic acid,tyrosine,aspartic acid,arginine,threonine,leucine,total amino acids,total essential amino acids,and the umami amino acids in the longissimus dorsi muscle in the 5.0%and 10.0%barley worm meal groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The contentrations of leucine and arginine in the 2.5%barley worm meal group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 5%barley wormmeal group had the highest breeding profit,which was 11.74%higher than that of the control group.Studies has shown that an appropriate amount of barley insect meal can improve the growth performance,improve meat quality,and increase breeding profits of finishing pigs,and the addition amount of 5%is more appropriate.
