Abstract
The cultivation of cross-cultural competence of college students in the new era is not only the need of the development of the times,but also the meaning of talent cultivation func-tion in colleges and universities,and it is also the mission and responsibility of colleges and uni-versities.The cross-cultural competence of college students in the new era refers to the sum total of the knowledge,ability,method,emotion,thinking and spirit that college students possess to be competent for cross-cultural understanding and communication.The cross-cultural compe-tence structure is embodied in the"Three-level conical structure"structure system,which in-cludes with the knowledge competence,ability competence,method competence in the bottom level,the emotional competence and thinking competence in the middle level,and the spiritual competence in the upper level.In the new era,promoting the cultivation of cross-cultural compe-tence of college students should shape the concept of talent cultivation,strengthen the construc-tion of teaching staff,optimize the course structure,deepen the teaching reform,and promote the reform of educational evaluation.关键词
