为满足公安实战指挥需求,采用基于业务重构、大数据融合、可视化呈现的方法,从体系层面实现对原有系统业务的重构,在有机融合的基础上充分发挥电子沙盘的实战功能优势,实现一屏尽览、一屏操作、一屏整合、一屏指挥,满足事前情报研判与预案推演,事中实时指挥,事后重演总结的全流程需要,为指挥员提供精确、动态、直观的信息展示,增强预案制定的实时性、科学性和高效性,为基于预案的实战指挥奠定技术基础,取得从传统警务指挥向实战高效转变的效果.

In order to meet the practical command needs of public security,a method based on business reconstruction,big data fusion,and visual presentation is adopted to reconstruct the original system business from the system level.On the basis of organic integration,the practical function advantages of electronic sandtables are fully utilized to achieve one screen view,one screen operation,one screen integration,and one screen command.This meets the full process needs of pre intelligence analysis and plan deduction,real-time command during the process,and post replay summary.It provides accurate,dynamic,and intuitive information display for commanders,enhances the real-time,scientific,and efficient formulation of plans,and lays a technical foundation for the practical command based on plans,achieving the effect of transforming from traditional police command to practical and efficient combat.
