Abstract
In the process of accelerating global urbanization,the construction of learning cities has become a brand new theme in lifelong learning research and practice.The construction of learning cities is an essential cornerstone for promoting the construction of a learning society,and the continuous promotion of the creation of learning cities is the way to continuously deepen the urban governance system,improve urban governance capacity,and realize the high-quality development of cities.Since the normalization of the pandemic,city life has produced new changes,with the gradual deepening of the public's health awareness and behavior,the gradual integration of digital development and application into mainstream life,and the re-examination of local life and further exploration.The deepening of learning regions emphasizes the role of lifelong learning in developing learning cities,knowledge networks,and the vitality of action and education for sustainable development.The learning city of the future will be both a resilient and healthy city that is dynamic and focused on improving the quality of life of its people and will grow into a new theoretical category that views the city as a relational entity and a dynamic process based on the dimensions of lifelong learning.关键词
