基于CiteSpace的国内外亚硫酸盐及其添加剂安全性研究文献计量分析
Bibliometric Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Literature on Safety of Sulfite and Its Additives Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze and summarize the hot spots,patterns,and distribution of the safety studies on sul-fites and their additives in China and abroad in the past 40 years,and to provide a reference for promoting the safety research and supervision of sulfites and their additives in China in the future.Methods In the Web of Science Core Collection database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,the relevant literature was searched by"sulfite","additives","safe-ty"and other subject terms.Relevant literature was searched,and the cooperation network and keyword network of the screened literature were visualized and analyzed with the help of CiteSpace software,to summarize the current status of the research at home and abroad.Results The hotspots of China and foreign research generally focus on the four aspects of adverse event reports and safety reviews,safety studies,research on new detection methods,and practical applications of sulfites and their additives.In addition,studies on the combination of sulfites with other drugs and the post-marketing safety evaluation of related products have also been carried out in foreign countries.In China,more studies have been conducted on the new applications of sulfites,the de-tection of sulfites in Chinese herbal medicines,and the setting of standards for the limits of sulfites.Conclusions China's existing research efforts need to be strengthened and the depth is insufficient,resulting in a disconnect between basic safety re-search and regulation.In the future,strengthening the cooperation between more subjects in China and abroad,broadening the scope of research,proactively introducing risk management research,and strengthening the safety supervision of related products after marketing are effective ways to promote the safety of sulfites and their additives.关键词
