摘要
Abstract
As the important output of scientific research activities,scientific and technological achievements have an important impact on scientific and technological progress and economic development.In order to further promote the industrial application of scientific and technological achievements,the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements has been carried out.This paper analyzes current policy documents related to evaluation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,puts forward the principles,working modes and paths that the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements should follow,and expounds on requirements to enhance the quality and efficiency of the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.By analyzing the problems of application of scientific and technological achievements in production faced by state-owned enterprises,universities and research institutes,as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in China,the paper explores the synergistic"three-in-one"development mode of scientific research,standards and industrialization,to give full play to the scientific and technological achievements.关键词
