增材制造(AM)作为一种改变传统制造理念和模式的创新技术,已成为引领科技创新和产业变革的关键技术之一,因而,在航空航天、医疗、机械制造等行业中被逐步广泛应用,但在石油行业的研究和应用相对滞后.为推动增材制造在石油工业中的应用,本文跟踪分析了国内外增材制造领域标准的最新进展,对石油装备增材制造标准化发展提出了建议.为促进增材制造技术在石油装备制造领域的应用,标准化工作应先行,在现有国家和ISO标准基础上尽快建立石油装备材料增材制造标准体系,找到产品应用突破口,借鉴国外先进增材制造标准,制定相应的产品技术要求和质量检验与认证认可标准,并要做好与现有标准、规范的衔接.

Additive manufacturing(AM),as an innovative technology that changes traditional manufacturing concepts and models,has become one of the key technologies leading technological innovation and industrial transformation.Therefore,it has gradually been widely used in industries such as aerospace,medical treatment,and mechanical manufacturing,but its research and application in petroleum industry relatively lags behind.In order to promote the application of additive manufacturing in petroleum industry,the paper follows up and analyzes the latest progress of standards in the field of additive manufacturing at home and abroad,and puts forward suggestions for the standardization development of additive manufacturing for petroleum equipment.To promote the application of additive manufacturing technology in the field of petroleum equipment manufacturing,standardization should be taken as the lead.Based on existing national and ISO standards,a standards system for additive manufacturing of petroleum equipment materials should be established as soon as possible.Also,breakthroughs of application in products should be sought,advanced additive manufacturing standards from abroad should be learned from,corresponding product technical requirements and quality inspection certification and accreditation standards should be developed,and the connection with existing standards and specifications should be done well.
