Value Realization of Eco-products:Typical Models,Difficulties and Institutional Innovations

Abstract
Based on sorting out the cases of realizing the value of eco-products,the article analyses the main difficulties in realizing the value of eco-products:①The mechanism for realizing the value of eco-products is relatively simple,that the main method is"ecological protection,restoration,and comprehensive development".The objects of value realization of eco-products mainly are physical products,cultural service products and their derivative rights,but less attention is paid to the value realization of eco-products of regulating services.②In terms of regulating service eco-products,the government plays a leading role in the process of realizing the value of eco-products,and the participation of market players faces the dilemma of insufficient incentives.Lishui City,as a typical representative of the value realization mechanism of eco-products in China,carried out institutional innovation in the value realization of forest regulating service of eco-products.The comprehensive institutional system designed by the city with the functions of government compensation and market transaction,takes into account fairness and efficiency simultaneously,which can provide references for the theoretical and practical exploration of the value realization mechanism of eco-products in China.关键词
