摘要
Abstract
The voluntary and compensated withdrawal of farm households from homesteads has a far-reaching impact on deepening rural reform.It is of great practical significance to study the impact of risk perception on the willingness of farm households to withdraw from homesteads and the moderating role of livelihood capital in the impact of risk perception on the willingness of farm households to withdraw from homesteads,so as to guide farm households to voluntarily withdraw from homesteads in a compensated way and to improve the efficiency of the utilization of rural land resources,which is of great practical significance to the promotion of urban-rural integration and development,as well as the promotion of rural revitalization.Based on the research data of farmers in the migrant resettlement area of Bali township,Lanzhou city,the article theoretically analyzed and empirically tested the influence of risk perception and livelihood capital on farmers'willingness to withdraw from homesteads and the moderating role played by livelihood capital using the binary Logit model and moderating effect model.The results showed that farmers have significant awareness of risk avoidance in homestead withdrawal decision-making,and the risk perception generated by farmers in homestead withdrawal has a negative effect on withdrawal intention,while livelihood capital has a positive effect on farmers'homestead withdrawal intention;moreover,livelihood capital can also reduce the risk perception in farmers'homestead withdrawal intention.Based on this,in order to accelerate the voluntary and compensated withdrawal of farmers'homesteads,it is necessary to improve the policy of guaranteeing the withdrawal of farmers'homesteads,to guide farmers to establish a correct and scientific awareness of risk,and to build a differentiated mechanism for the withdrawal of homesteads.关键词
