泻肺通窍散联合鼻三针对小儿过敏性鼻炎肺经伏热证的治疗效果观察
Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Xiefei Tongqiao Powder Combined with Three Nasal Acupuncture in Children with Allergic Rhinitis with Pattern of Latent Heat in Lung Channel

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xifei Tongqiao Powder combined with three nasal acupuncture in children with allergic rhinitis with pattern of latent heat in lung channel.Method:A total of 120 children with allergic rhinitis with pattern of latent heat in lung channel treated in Jinan Zhangqiu District Hospital of TCM from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given Xifei Tongqiao Powder combined with three nasal acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms scores,inflammatory factors levels,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),which was higher than 86.67%(52/60)of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of nose itching,sneezing,runny snivel and nasal obstruction and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT)and CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of nose itching,sneezing,runny snivel and nasal obstruction,IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,PCT and CD8+ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and CD3+ and CD4+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xifei Tongqiao Powder combined with three nasal acupuncture has a remarkable effect in children with allergic rhinitis with pattern of latent heat in lung channel,which can alleviate various symptoms,control inflammation reaction,improve immune function,and no serious adverse reactions.关键词
