Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Treatment of Patients with Insomnia with Syndrome of Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Channel Exuberance Guided by Pulse Taking of Renying and Cunkou in Lingshu Jing

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture treatment of patients with insomnia with syndrome of foot Shaoyang gallbladder channel exuberance guided by pulse taking of Renying and Cunkou in Lingshu Jing.Method:A total of 60 patients with insomnia with syndrome of foot Shaoyang gallbladder channel exuberance in the Department of Preventive Treatment of Disease,Acupuncture and Encephalopathy,Endocrinology of Yancheng TCM Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=30)was treated with Estazolam Tablets,and the treatment group(n=30)was treated with pulse taking of Renying and Cunkou in Lingshu Jing on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for 5 weeks.The treatment effect,sleep quality and TCM symptoms score were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the sleep quality score and TCM syndromes score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture treatment under the guidance of pulse taking of Renying and Cunkou in Lingshu Jing on insomnia with syndrome of foot Shaoyang gallbladder channel exuberance is definite.关键词
