基于Android平台的电子信息系统在手术室仪器设备电子化动态管理中的价值研究OACSTPCD

Objective:To construct an electronic information system based on Android platform and to explore its application value in the electronization dynamic management of instruments and equipment in the operating room.Methods:The electronic information system based on Android platform was built by using Java development language,SQLite Server 2008 R2 database development tools,browser and server(B/S)architecture,and setting up Linux kernel layer,running layer,function library,application framework and application layer.A total of 145 pieces of instruments and equipment in clinical use in the operating room of Chongming Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences from April to September 2023 were selected,based on the manual registration before the application of the electronic information system of the Android platform,the management quality score,operation quality and ability score of management personnel of the operating room instruments and equipment before and after the application of the electronic information system of the Android platform were compared.Results:After the application of Android platform electronic information system,the scores of instrument and equipment usage and homing speed,safety performance,maintenance speed and cleaning quality were(39.01±1.38)points,(39.79±1.05)points,(38.85±1.22)points and(38.49±2.41)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than before the application,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.313,19.407,26.957,8.010,P<0.05).After the application of Android platform electronic information system,the start-up rate,cost-effectiveness increase and social benefit increase of instruments and equipment were(96.17±5.33)%,(7.93±1.15)%and(10.74±1.09)%,respectively,which were higher than before the application,and the operating rate of equipment was(9.21±1.35)%,which was lower than before the application,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.386,59.769,47.946,27.078,P<0.05).After the application of the Android platform electronic information system,the test scores of theoretical knowledge,operational ability and safety awareness of instrument and equipment management personnel were(39.79±2.07)points,(39.11±2.18)points and(19.65±2.44)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than those before the application,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.261,7.645,7.253,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of electronic information system based on Android platform in the management of instruments and equipment in operating room,which helps to realize the electronization dynamic management of instruments and equipment,and improve the quality and effect of instrument and equipment management.
