心理弹性支持结合疼痛管理在行水疗助产初产妇中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological resilience support combined with pain management in primiparas undergoing hydrotherapy during labor.Methods A total of 86 primiparas admitted to Baise People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups using the random number method(a control group and an observation group),each with 43 cases.The control group received routine nursing on the basis of hydrotherapy,while the observation group received psychological resilience support combined with pain management on the basis of hydrotherapy.The psychological resilience at different stages of pregnancy,pain intensity during labor,2-h postpartum blood loss,Apgar scores of newborns,perceived control during labor,duration of labor,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of primiparas.Results The observation group had higher scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale during mid-pregnancy,late pregnancy and after labor,as well as higher scores of the Labor Agentry Scale and nursing satisfaction compared with the control group.The Visual Analogue Scale score during labor was lower than that of the control group.The amount of 2-h postpartum blood loss was less than that of the control group.The duration of first,second,and total stages of labor were shorter than those of the control group.There were statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Apgar scores of newborns between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of psychological resilience support combined with pain management for primiparas undergoing hydrotherapy during labor can effectively alleviate the pain,reduce the blood loss,improve the psychological resilience,labor control and nursing satisfaction,and shorten the duration of labor.关键词
