Structure Location and Function Realization of School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
According to the theory of organizational functionalism,as a grass-roots organizational structure of higher vocational colleges,the school of innovation and entrepreneurship has the dual structural identity of the secondary college and the administrative department,as well as the dual basic functions of innovation and entrepreneurship education and management.The function of innovation and entrepreneurship education is mainly to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship course teaching,innovation and entrepreneurship training,innovation and entrepreneurship education practice,innovation and entrepreneurship education research and other activities in conjunction with relevant functional departments and secondary colleges.The functions of innovation and entrepreneurship management are mainly reflected in the overall planning and design of innovation and entrepreneurship education,overall management and integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources,organization of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,incubation and management of innovation and entrepreneurship projects.In order to realize the dual basic functions,we should actively improve the organizational structure of innovation and entrepreneurship education and management,fully integrate the resources of innovative entrepreneurship education,vigorously promote the reform and innovation of innovation and entrepreneurship education mode,and establish and improve the ecological chain of innovation and entrepreneurship education.关键词
