Rapid Identification of Chemical Components in Composite Yizhihao Granules Based on UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS

Abstract
Objective:The chemical components in Composite Yizhihao Granules were analyzed using UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS.Methods:Thermo Scientific Syncronis C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm)was used with a mobile phase of 0.1%formic acid acetonitrile and a gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1.The column temperature was maintained at 45℃,and the injection volume was 2 μL.The mass spectrometry data of Composite Yizhihao Granules were collected in positive and negative ion mode.According to the accurate molecular weight and fragment ion information provided by the high-resolution mass spectrometry,the chemical components of Composite Yizhihao Granules were identified and analyzed in combination with the comparison of standard products and relevant literature reports.Results:A total of 90 compounds were identified and analyzed,including 2 amino acids,8 terpenes,25 organic acids,11 nitrogen-containing compounds,and 44 flavonoids.Among them,16 components were confirmed by comparison with the reference standards.Conclusion:In this study,the chemical components of Composite Yizhihao Granules were analyzed and identified,providing a basis for its quality control and the study of its pharmacological substances.关键词
