Integrated development and deepening path of energy and meteorology in Guangxi under the background of"dual carbon"

简要分析我国当前清洁能源的发展现状,结合"双碳"(碳达峰和碳中和)背景下广西清洁能源的发展实际,分析气象与清洁能源发展的紧密相关性,阐述近年来广西能源"产-供-消"全产业链的气象需求,重点分析在电力生产调度(面雨量和径流量)、防灾减灾(覆冰、雷电、大风等)和风光资源评估的能力发展及实践成效等方面的研究与应用进展,提出未来广西能源气象服务在支撑保障能力、灾害预警技术、资源评估应用和技术标准体系等方面的重点方向和研究领域,为广西能源气象服务的高质量发展提供科学的决策辅助和应用参考.

This paper briefly analyses the current development status of clean energy in China,combines the actual development of clean energy in Guangxi under the context of"double carbon"(carbon peaking and carbon neutrality),analyses the close correlation between meteorology and clean energy development,and elaborate the meteorological needs of the whole industry chain of energy"production-supply-consumption"in Guangxi in recent years,focusing on the capacity development and practical effectiveness in electricity production scheduling(areal rainfall and runoff),disaster prevention and mitigation(icing,lightning,wind,etc.)and the wind and solar resource assessment,and putting forward the key directions and research areas of Guangxi's energy meteorological services in the future in the areas of supporting and guaranteeing the capacity,disaster early-warning technology,application of resource assessment,and technical standard system,etc.These provide scientific decision-making assistance and application reference for the high-quality development of energy meteorological services in Guangxi.
