代谢相关性脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)是代谢综合征的肝脏表现,世界成人发病率高达25%,在我国已取代病毒性肝炎成为慢性肝病之首.单磷酸腺苷激活的蛋白激酶(AMPK)是体内重要的糖脂代谢调控关键酶,激活AMPK被认为能改善糖脂代谢紊乱、减轻氧化应激、抗炎、调节自噬及保护线粒体等功能发挥治疗MAFLD作用.黎药是我国中药药用资源的重要宝库,黎药天然产物被广泛发现具有激活AMPK的作用,且表现出显著的改善MAFLD效果.本文将归纳总结黎药及黎药天然产物改善MAFLD的作用和激活AMPK的关联机制,以期为黎药及黎药天然产物药物的挖掘与开发提供思路和参考,助力黎药现代化产业发展.

Metabolism-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)is the hepatic manifestation of metabolic syndrome,with a global incidence up to 25%in adults,and has replaced viral hepatitis as the first chronic liver disease in China.Adenosine mono-phosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)is an important key enzyme in the regulation of glycolipid metabolism in vivo.The ac-tivation of AMPK is thought to have the ability to improve glucose and lipid metabolism disorder,alleviate oxidative stress,pos-sess anti-inflammatory,regulate autophagy affects,and protect the mitochondria to play a therapeutic role in the treatment of MAFLD.As an important treasure trove of medicinal resources in traditional Chinese medicine,natural products of Li medicine have been widely found to activate AMPK and exhibit excellent effects in improving MAFLD.Therefore,this review is planned to summarize the association mechanisms between MAFLD improvement and AMPK activation of Li medicine and its natural prod-ucts,to provide theoretical references for the exploration and development of Li medicine and its natural products.There by pro-moting modernization industry development of Li medicine.
