为分析汉中地区仔猪腹泻性大肠埃希氏菌的血清型及耐药性等情况,2021-2022年采集汉中地区腹泻仔猪肛拭子及粪便样本72份,分离培养后经生化试验、16S rRNA PCR鉴定、O血清型鉴定及药物敏感性试验.结果显示,分离到58株大肠埃希氏菌;58株大肠埃希氏菌包含12种血清型,其中主要的流行血清型为O80、O138、O141;58株大肠埃希氏菌对氨苄西林、红霉素、氯霉素、克林霉素、四环素、环丙沙星、头孢噻吩、头孢曲松、阿米卡星9种药物的耐药率在50%以上.研究结果可为汉中地区有效防治仔猪大肠埃希氏菌病提供科学依据.

In order to analyze the serotype and drug resistance of E.coli in Hanzhong,72 anal swabs and fecal samples were collected from 2021 to 2022.The isolation and culture,biochemical test,16S rRNA PCR identification,O serotype identification and drug sensitivity test were conducted.The results showed that 58 strains of E.coli were isolated;58 strains of E.coli contained 12 serotypes,and the main prevalent serotypes were O80,O138,O141 types;the resistance rate of 58 strains of E.coli against 9 drugs,ampicillin,erythromycin,chloramphenicol,clindamycin,tetracycline,ciprofloxacin,cefothiophene,ceftriaxone,amikacin is above 50%.The results of this study can provide scientific basis for effective control of E.coli infection in Hanzhong.
