摘要

Abstract

In order to understand the epidemic status of chicken infectious coryza in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui areas,samples were collected from 8 chicken farms suspected of chicken infectious coryza in parts of Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Anhui.The pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the 122 samples collected and identified them as Avibacterium paragallinarum by morphology,satellite testing,PCR identification,biochemical identification and serotype identification.In addition,animal regression tests were conducted to observe the pathological anatomy and histology of SPF chickens infected with Avibacterium paragallinarum artificially after challenge of 7th and 14th days.The results showed that 48 Apg positive samples in 122 samples,positive rate about 39.3%,positive rate of eight farms from 36.8%to 50.0%.Among the 10 isolates of Avibacterium paragallinarum,there were 3 strains of type A,4 strains of type B and 3 strains of type C,and the incidence rate was 60%-80%.The results showed that different serotypes of Avibacterium paragallinarum were prevalent in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui regions and had certain pathogenicity,which provided a reference for development of trivalent vaccine and prevention of infectious coryza.
