Correction of Frequency Difference of Ultrasonic Oscillator Based on Finite Element Simulation

现有超声振子适配多把型号差异较大的刀具时,因存在较大的频率差值而不能使用同一频率来适配这些刀具,这导致不同型号的刀具需要适配不同的超声振子,从而增加了加工成本,降低了加工效率,不利于加工生产.为了解决这一问题,根据现有修改频率差值的方法提出了通过改变超声振子核心零件结构的方式来修正适配振子的频率差值.通过单因素实验探讨了法兰盘直径、孔径和孔数对适配后振子频率差值的影响,通过正交实验探究了这些因素的显著性,并确定了最优参数.同时利用有限元软件对适配后的振子进行模态和谐响应分析,结果表明优化后适配振子频率差值均小于1.5 kHz且振型合理,节点偏移量小,可以实现同个振子在中心频率范围内适配3把不同刀具的效果.

When the existing ultrasonic oscillators are adapted to multiple cutting tools with significant model differences,the same frequency cannot be used to adapt these tools due to the large frequency difference.This leads to different types of tools needing to adapt to different ultrasonic oscillators,thereby increasing processing costs,reducing processing efficiency,and not conducive to processing production.In order to solve this problem,according to the existing method of modifying the frequency difference,the frequency difference of the adaptive oscillator is modified by changing the structure of the core part of the ultrasonic oscillator.The influence of flange diameter,aperture and number of holes on the frequency difference of the adaptive vibrator is discussed by single factor experiment.The significance of these factors is explored by orthogonal experiment and the optimal parameters are determined.At the same time,finite element software is used to analyze the modal harmonious response of the adaptive vibrators.The results show that the frequency difference of the optimized adaptive vibrators is less than 1.5 kHz,the vibration shape is reasonable,and the node offset is small.The effect of adapting three different tools to the same vibrator in the center frequency range can be realized.
