航空煤油热物理特性实验研究OA北大核心CSTPCD

Experimental Study of Thermal and Physical Properties of Aviation Kerosene

针对广泛应用于飞机发动机的碳氢燃料,开展了-10℃~40℃温度区间内的热物理特性参数实验研究.以某检定中心提供的航空煤油作为样品,测试了其在不同温度下的密度、黏度、压缩系数和膨胀系数.研究结果显示,航空煤油黏度和压缩系数与温度呈正相关,而密度与温度呈负相关,并且随着温度的增大,航空煤油膨胀系数表现为先减小后增大的趋势.在此基础上,结合标准温度下各参数的测量结果提出了密度、黏度、压缩系数和膨胀系数随温度变化的数学预测模型.研究对于航空煤油密度、黏温关系的预测误差在10%以内,而膨胀系数预测模型有待进一步完善.

Experimental studies on the thermophysical property parameters in the temperature range of-10 ℃~40 ℃ were carried out for hydrocarbon fuels widely used in aircraft engines.Taking aviation kerosene provided by a testing center as the test sample,its density,viscosity,compression coefficient and expansion coefficient at different temperatures were tested.The results show that the viscosity and compression coefficient of aviation kerosene are positively correlated with temperature,while the density is negatively correlated with temperature,and the expansion coefficient of aviation kerosene shows complex fluctuations with increasing temperature.In this basis,the mathematical prediction models of density,viscosity,compression coefficient and expansion coefficient with temperature were proposed by combining the measurement results of each parameter at standard temperature.The error for aviation kerosene density-temperature and viscosity-temperature relationship are within 10%,while the prediction model of expansion coefficient needs further improvement.
