摘要

Abstract

Mechanical perfusion technology has been widely used in the protection of heart,liver,lung,kidney,brain and other organs.In brain tissue,it is mainly used for the auxiliary treatment of ischemic brain tissue injury caused by cardiac vascular surgery,blood loss and embolism.Machine perfusion technology is an effective measure to protect ischemic brain tissue damage,which can reduce nerve tissue damage and improve the quality of life of patients.There are many kinds of mechanical perfusion methods for brain tissue,but there is still no consensus on the best way,which does not affect the clinical application of this technology.Mechanical perfusion technology has great potential for the protection of tissues,organs and life as a whole.In the future,we hope to build and create a better technical platform for cerebral mechanical perfusion to deal with various ischemic brain tissue injuries,which can also be applied to a variety of severe trauma caused by blood circulation stagnation in brain tissue damage patients,and it will benefit for patients with brain tissue injury who can not be saved by current conventional treatment technology.
