根据升船机承船厢结构特点,对承船厢模型进行合理简化;利用三维建模软件CATIA建立升船机承船厢三维模型,利用有限元分析软件Abaqus建立升船机承船厢1/4结构有限元模型;根据升船机运行中重点关注的常载、超载和锁定3种重要工况,设定有限元模型载荷及边界条件,采用有限元法对1 000t级超大型升船机的承船厢结构进行仿真分析,通过静强度和刚度的计算分析,验证承船厢结构的安全性和可靠性.研究所采用的计算方法简便可靠,能够全面反映承船厢结构的受力特性,对升船机的设计、制造和后期运行监测具有重要的指导意义.该计算方法可推广应用于类似类型的升船机承船厢结构的设计和改造.

According to the structure characteristics of the ship lift compartment,the ship compartment model is reasonably simplified;the three-dimensional modeling software CATIA is used to construct a comprehensive 3D model of the ship lift's carrier cabin,an accurate 1/4 scale finite element model of the carrier cabin is established by using the advanced finite element analysis software Abaqus.According to the three important working conditions of constant load,overload and locking in the operation of the ship lift,the finite element model load and boundary conditions are set,the finite element method is used to simulate the carriage structure of the 1 000 t super large ship lift,and the safety and reliability are verified through the calculation and analysis of static strength and stiffness.The calculation method adopted in the institute is simple and reliable,which can fully reflect the stress characteristics of the structure of the ship compartment,and has important guiding significance for the design,manufacture and later operation monitoring of the ship lift.The calculation method can be applied to the design and modification of similar types.
