宽胸气雾剂对心绞痛患者微循环功能障碍的影响及其临床疗效研究
A study of effects and clinical efficacy of"Broad Chest"aerosol on microcirculation dysfunction in patients with angina pectoris

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of"Broad Chest"aerosol on microcirculation dysfunction in patients with angina pectoris and its clinical efficacy.Methods This is a prospective randomized controlled study.A total of 100 patients with microvascular angina pectoris diagnosed by coronary angiography with a caIMR microcirculation resistance index(IMR)≥25 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases,treated with"Broad Chest"aerosol plus Western medicine)and control group(50 cases,treated with Western medicine alone).The IMR values of patients in the observation group before and after using"Broad Chest"aerosol were detected to analyze the resistance of coronary microcircu-lation.The cardiopulmonary function,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and Canadian angina pectoris score were compared between the two groups during 3-month follow-up.Results The general clinical conditions of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)."Broad Chest"aerosol can significantly improve coronary microcirculation resist-ance of patients.After 3 months of follow-up,the METS level of exercise cardiopulmonary test of the observation group signif-icantly improved(P<0.05).During the follow-up period of 3 months,the TCM symptom scores and Canadian angina pecto-ris scores of the observation group were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion"Broad Chest"aerosol can improve coronary microcirculation resistance in patients with microvascular angina,effectively alleviate an-gina symptoms,and has certain clinical application value.关键词
