中医特色护理配合康复训练在保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用OACSTPCD

Objective:To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic nursing combined with rehabilitation training in conservative treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 88patients with LDH who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2022to January 2023were selected as the re-search subjects.They were divided into the control group and the TCM nursing group according to the non-randomized clinical concurrent control study and voluntary principle,with 44patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while.the TCM nursing group received TCM characteristic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical effects after 14days of intervention,TCM symptom scores,lumbar function,pain degree and quality of life before intervention and after 14days of intervention.Results:After 14days of intervention,the total clinical ef-fective rate in the TCM nursing group was 93.18％,higher than 77.27％in the control group(P＜0.05).After 14days of inter-vention,the scores for lower back stabbing pain,lumbar stiffness,limitation of motion,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,cold limbs and fatigue,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the TCM nursing group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After 14days of intervention,the TCM nursing group had sig-nificantly higher scores than the control group in terms of intervention effect[Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)],physi-ological function(PF),body pain(BP),general health(GH),social function(SF)and mental health(MH)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:TCM characteristic nursing combined with rehabilitation training can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of conservative management on LDH,improve TCM symptoms,promote the recovery of lumbar function,relieve pain,and improve the quality of life.
