Abstract
In the current era of globalization and information technology,the strategic importance of education for national development has become increasingly prominent.As a key factor in promoting the construction of an educational power,the"educator spirit"is regarded as the core force leading the educa-tion industry to move forward.Through the comprehensive use of literature analysis and case study methods,a comprehensive review was made on the educational theories and practices formed by Pan Maoyuan during his 87-year career in education.The study found that Mr.Pan's educator spirit is mainly reflected in the following aspects:the spirit of pioneering and innovation,and the spirit of continuous strug-gle;the spirit of standing at the forefront of the tide and advancing with the times;dedication to education and selfless dedication;the spirit of life-oriented,boundless love;embracing the world and being a cultured person.These spiritual traits together constitute his profound and unique educator style,which not only sets a model for the development of China's higher education disciplines,but also provides important ideolog-ical resources and practical guidance for the reform and development of education in the new era.Mr.Pan's educator spirit is of particular significance in the context of the new era.He adhered to the moral cultiva-tion and improvement of the professional competence and moral level for teachers,taking education as the foundation,paying attention to the comprehensive development and innovative practice of students,strengthening cultural confidence and promoting Chinese education to the world.The systematic inheritance and promotion of Pan Maoyuan's spirit as an educator will contribute to the prosperous development of ed-ucation in the new era and promote the achievement of the goal of building a strong education country.关键词
