积雪草酸通过调控TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3信号通路改善非酒精性脂肪肝的机制研究
Mechanism of asiatic acid improving nonalcoholic fatty liver disease by regulating TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling pathway

Abstract
To investigate the effect and mechanism of the natural active ingredient asiatic acid(AA)on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)induced by high-fat diet.Forty male C57BL/6J mice were divided into normal group,model group,AA low dose group and AA high dose group.After 4 weeks of high-fat diet,AA intervention was given for 12 weeks.After the experiment,the weight of mice livers and the mice liver index were measured.The content of biochemical indicators related to mice fatty liver in mice serum were measured by Spectrophotometer.The expression level of related inflammatory factors in mice serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Proteins related to TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling pathway in mice liver were detected by Western blotting.The pathological changes of liver in mice were observed by various staining methods.The results showed that AA could effectively improve the NAFLD mice general indicators,biochemical indicators,inflammatory factors,and proteins related to TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling pathway.AA could inhibit liver inflammation and ameliorate NAFLD by downregulating TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling pathway.关键词
