基于全程产检信息开展严重产后出血风险预测的应用与思考
Application and consideration of risk prediction of severe postpartum hemorrhage based on infor-mation on full obstetric examination
摘要
Abstract
Severe postpartum hemorrhage is the leading cause of maternal organ failure and even death.Early identification of severe postpartum hemorrhage and timely intervention can effectively prevent the occur-rence of related events.How to predict the risk of se-vere postpartum hemorrhage by using the information on the full obstetric examination in the management of pregnancy and how to guide clinicians to carry out accurate prevention and intervention is a key clinical problem that needs to be solved immediately.In this paper,we summarize the different ways of predicting the risk of severe postpartum hemorrhage by using the information on the full obstetric examination in existing clinical practice,clarify the scientific and reasonable ways of handling the information based on different research purposes,and introduce the available methods of model construction,aiming to provide methodolog-ical guidance for the prediction of severe postpartum hemorrhage by using the information on the full ob-stetric examination.关键词
