Research progress on activity of active components from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and their different extraction methods
摘要
Abstract
Gardenia jasminoides Ellis is the fruit of the Rubiaceae plant,which belongs to the batch I of medicinal and edible substances issued by National Health Commission.Gardenia jasminoides Ellis contains abundant effective components,including iridoids,diterpenoids,flavonoids,organic acids,etc.These active ingredients have the effect of protecting the liver and gallbladder,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,nerve protection and bacteriostasis.This study reviewed the active components of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and their activities and the different extraction methods of active components from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.The pharmacological effects of the active components of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis in the human body were discussed,and the effects of different extraction methods on the active components of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were compared,this paper provides an important reference for the development,utilization and extraction of the active components from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.关键词
