Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Indobufen on venous thromboembolism(VTE)and coagulation mechanism in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Method:A total of 120 patients who underwent unilateral TKA from January 2019 to December 2020 in Chongqing Kaizhou District People's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was given Aspirin orally after operation,and the observation group was given Indobufen orally after operation.Both groups continued medication for 4 weeks.The postoperative VTE incidence,coagulation indicators[prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D),and platelet count(PLT)]and gastrointestinal adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of VTE in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 18.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PT and TT in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,the levels of FIB and D-D were lower than those in the control group,and the level of PLT was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Indobufen has a good antiplatelet aggregation effect on patients undergoing TKA,can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative VTE,improve the coagulation mechanism,reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions,and is a safe and effective antithrombotic drug.关键词
