职业教育赋能乡村全面振兴的动能机制是随着时代变迁不断演化、动态生成的复杂系统.在实现中国式现代化进程中,职业教育赋能乡村全面振兴动能机制的价值体现在提升人力资本水平的内在要求、提高农业经济效益的必然选择、实现农村共同富裕的客观需要.据此,职业教育赋能乡村全面振兴动能机制的核心要义包括:激活生产要素,乡村特色产业群建设;对接区域需求,培育乡村多元化实用人才;驱动空间效应,推动乡村文化创造性发展;打破时空藩篱,铸就村民可持续发展样态.为保证动能机制的有效运转,可以通过建构产学研创一体化模式、构建引—育—留全链式服务、推动文化+乡村深度融合和聚焦不同群体发展需求等运行路径,推动乡村全面振兴.

The kinetic energy mechanism of vocational education empowering the overall revitalization of rural areas is a complex system that continues to evolve and dynamically generate with the changes of the times.In the process of realizing Chinese-style modernization,the value pursuit of the kinetic energy mechanism of vocational education empowering rural comprehensive revitalization is the inherent requirement of improving the level of human capital,the inevitable choice of improving agricultural economic benefits,and the objective need to achieve common prosperity in rural areas.Accordingly,the core essence of the mechanism of vocational education to enable the overall revitalization of rural areas includes four aspects:vocational education activates production factors,leads the construction of rural characteristic industrial clusters,meets regional needs,cultivates diversified practical talents in rural areas,drives spatial effects,promotes the creative development of rural culture,breaks the barriers of time and space,and creates a sustainable development pattern for villagers.In order to ensure the effective operation of the kinetic energy mechanism,it is proposed to construct an integrated model of production,education and research,build a full-chain service of introduction,education and retention,promote the deep integration of culture and rural areas,and focus on the development needs of different groups,so as to promote the overall revitalization of rural areas.
