亨氏马尾藻多酚提取工艺优化及稳定性研究
Optimization of extraction of polyphenols from Sargasequina henslowianum and its stability

Abstract
To investigate the extraction of polyphenols from Sargasequina henslowianum and its stability,ultrasonic-assisted extraction was used to extract polyphenols from Sargasequina henslowianum.Based on single factor experiments,the amounts of polyphenols extracted was taken as the response value,the liquid-to-material ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic temperature,and ultrasonic time were taken as observation factors,the extraction process was optimized using response surface methodology.Furthermore,the impact of environmental factors such as light,temperature,pH,metal ions,oxidants and reductants,and food additives on the stability of polyphenols was explored.The results revealed that the optimal conditions for extraction were as follows:ultrasonic power of 400 W,ultrasonic time of 36 minutes,ethanol concentration of 43%,liquid-to-material ratio of 35∶1(mL/g),and ultrasonic temperature of 54℃.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of Sargasequina henslowianum polyphenols reached 748.32 μg/g.Stability studies demonstrated that Sargasequina henslowianum polyphenols exhibited excellent light and thermal stability,with enhanced stability observed under weakly acidic conditions.Storage recommendations included avoiding contact with Fe3+,strong oxidants,and citric acid.The utilization of this optimized extraction process enabled the extraction of Sargasequina henslowianum polyphenols with high yield and superior stability,providing a solid theoretical foundation for their potential applications in industrial production and related applications.关键词
