制备粉葛中葛根素纳米脂质体的工艺优化及其表征
Process optimization of preparing puerarin nanoliposomes in pueraria powdery and its characterization

Abstract
Puerarin nano-liposomes carriers(Pue-NLC)was prepared by fused phacoemulsification-low-temperature curing,the preparation process was optimized through single factor and orthogonal experiments,and its related characterization and in vitro release characteristics were evaluated.The optimal process conditions were as follows:Pue dosage of 5 mg,drug-lipid ratio of 1∶17,glyceryl monostearate to glyceryl caprylicate dosage ratio of 3∶1,emulsifier dosage of 3%,lecithin to polyether F188 dosage ratio of 1∶1,and ultrasonic temperature 70℃.The particle size was measured as(203.7±2.76)nm,PDI(0.193±0.34),zeta potential(-22.37±3.46)mV,encapsulation rate(78.3±1.59)%,drug load(1.36±0.06)%.Electron microscopy scanning showed the Pue-NLC had spherical small vesicle structure,small particle size,high drug load and encapsulation rate,and had a certain sustained release effect.It provides new methods and ideas for the effective utilization of puerarin and the study of novel drug delivery systems.关键词
