Abstract

To explore the optimal extraction process of polysaccharides from artichoke bud with ultrasonic-assisted low eutectic solvent.With the extraction rate of artichoke polysaccharide as the evaluation indicator,the effects of solid-liquid ratio,molar ratio of DES,water content of DES,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic power on the extraction effect of artichoke polysaccharide were investigated based on the comparison of nine different low eutectic solvents(DES).Response surface method was used to optimize the effects of extraction time,water content of DES and solid-liquid ratio on ultrasonic-assisted low eutectic solvent extraction of artichoke polysaccharides,so as to obtain the optimal extraction process.The results showed that,with the condition of temperature 70℃,ultrasonic power 300 W,molar ratio 1∶4,the optimal extraction time 41 min,water content 40%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶31,the yield of artichoke polysaccharide was(163.7±0.34)mg/g.The conclusion was that the yield of artichoke polysaccharides extracted by ultrasonic-assisted low eutectic solvent was significantly higher than that by traditional water extraction method,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of artichoke resources and the exploitation of natural polysaccharides.
