响应面法优化屎肠球菌T2-2产γ-氨基丁酸的发酵条件
Optimization of fermentation conditions for γ-aminobutyric acid production by Enterobacterium faecium T2-2 using response surface methodology

Abstract
Enterococcus faecium T2-2 was used as the research object,which was isolated from traditional pickles.The fermentation conditions were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface method to increase GABA yield.The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions for GABA production by Enterococcus faecium T2-2 were as follows:temperature 30℃,Enterococcus faecium T2-2 inoculation amount 7.50%,L-glutamate sodium addition 18.93 g/L,and pH 6.0,time 1 d,the bacterial growth rate was 0.338,the enzyme activity was 3.177 μg/mL,and under these conditions,the GABA yield was 1.190 mg/mL,which was 63.01%higher than that before optimization.This study provides a theoretical basis for improving the GABA content produced by lactic acid bacteria.关键词
