辣椒油树脂脱色工艺的研究
Optimization of decolorization process of capsicum oleoresin

Abstract
In order to improve the quality of capsicum oleoresin and expand its application scope,the decolorization of capsicum oleoresin,a by-product of industrial production of capsicum red,was studied by using magnetic activated carbon as adsorbents.Magnetic activated carbon was prepared by co-precipitation method,and its structure and properties were characterized and tested by XRD,SEM,specific surface area and pore size analyzer.The effects of the amount of magnetic activated carbon,the decolorization temperature,the decolorization time on the decolorization of capsicum oleoresin were investigated.The results showed that the decolorization rate of 10 g/L oleoresin reached 75%when the amount of magnetic activated carbon was 0.08 g,the decolorization temperature was 40℃,and the decolorization time was 90 min.After adsorption and decolorization,the content of capsaicin in capsicum oleoresin retained about 95%.The preparation of magnetic activated carbon was simple and the efficiency of solid and liquid separation was high,which provides a new idea for the decolorization process of capsicum oleoresin.关键词
